Kringle is best served at room temperature or slightly warmed and stays fresh for a long time. We recommend 7 days at room temperature, 12 days in the refrigerator, or 6 months in the freezer. When thawing, just set it out on the counter and allow Kringle to thaw naturally. If you choose to heat the Kringle please remove all packaging and the tray before placing on a sheet and warming at 350° for no more than 3½ minutes. Kringle can also be warmed in the microwave for 3-5 seconds. Take special care to not melt the icing on top of the Kringle.
Our Seven Sisters Coffee Cakes and Bread Pudding are best served at room temperature and can last 7 days on the counter, 10 days in the refrigerator, or up to 6 months in the freezer. If you choose to heat the Bread Pudding or Seven Sisters Coffee Cakes, you can use the black tray to warm it in just remove the plastic band and lid. Set your oven to 250° and warm for 30 - 40 minutes. The trick with the pudding is low and slow until it’s just how you want it.
Our Coffee Cakes are also best served at room temperature and can last that same 7 days on the counter, 10 days in the refrigerator, or up to 6 months in the freezer.
All our products keep very well in the freezer. To thaw any of the above, allow the item to set out in an even-temp room for about 24 hours. They should be ready to serve at that time.
